Tricia Schmidt

As Director of Operations for Concierge Property Solutions, LLC, Tricia Schmidt leads dedicated on-site teams in delivering exceptional services to valued owners, residents and tenants.

Prior to joining Concierge Property Solutions, Schmidt spent nearly a decade with Stiles Property Management, starting as a Property Manager, and eventually rising to the role of General Manager handling all assets in Palm Beach County. With more than 25years of experience, her results-driven approach to leadership and management played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s Palm Beach market portfolio.

Schmidt’s vast experience in the industry encompasses overseeing diverse portfolios from various asset classes, including commercial condominium associations, high-end retail properties with national tenants, multifamily properties and Condominium and Homeowner Associations. She excels in diligently working with owners, managing property turnovers to new owners, and handling complex commercial portfolio sales transactions.

Prior to her tenure with Stiles, Schmidt spent 15 years in residential property management with Gumenick Properties, managing luxury apartment communities and spearheading lease-up projects for new construction units. While in residential property management, Tricia received the NAAEI certification which allowed her to teach NAA designation courses.

Schmidt was honored by BOMA as “The Outstanding Member of the Year” in 2016 and “Property Manager of the Year” in 2018.She was credited with receiving the Ron Macklin Scholarships by BOMA in 2015 and 2019. Additionally, her properties have received numerous TOBY Awards, epitomizing excellence in office and industrial building management within the commercial real estate industry.

Schmidt serves on BOMA Ft. Lauderdale & The Palm Beaches’ Board of Directors as Secretary/Treasurer and is a member of the Community Associations Institute (Gold Coast Chapter).
