Brooke Fleishman

As the Property Manager for Royal Palm Residences, Brooke Fleishman is responsible for getting our new property on its feet. She ensures resident satisfaction on top of implementing brand new operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of the property.

Brooke brings a lifetime of Property Management experience to CPS after watching her mother work as a Property Manager throughout her life. She has proven those skills in her previous role as Property Manager with Stiles Property Management, handling multiple large retail centers.

Brooke’s favorite part of her job is the resident/owner/tenant interaction she experiences. Her goal, and what she loves to do at Royal Palm Residences, is to build relationships with her owners, and help make their move/lives easier.

Brooke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida State University and a LCAM (Community Association Manager License).
