Kelly Cabitt

As Association Accountant for Concierge Property Solutions, LLC, Kelly Cabitt manages all facets of accounting for the Associations managed by CPS. Her duties include tracking Association assets, producing financial reports, assisting community managers with accounting questions, and evaluating the various associations to identify ways to streamline processes.

Kelly is an accomplished financial leader with over 20 years of experience driving the growth and success of companies. Over that time, she has fostered a talent for developing and implementing strategies that build value, drive efficiency, and impact the bottom line.

She has a proven track record of overseeing and directing financial and operational activities while serving as a strategic leadership partner to executive teams.

Kelly’s solid background supervising teams while creating a culture of accountability and achievement allows her to work with our wide range of Associations with organization & efficiency.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech and is a Notary Public in the state of Florida.
