Rudy Severino

As Director of Maintenance Operations, Rudy Severino oversees the maintenance of all residential and commercial properties, coordinating and working with contractors, vendors, landscaping, maintenance personnel and property managers.

Severino brings more than 20 years of experience to Concierge Property Solutions, having worked in every aspect of property and building maintenance. Prior to joining the company, Severino was field supervisor for KPL Management & Development. Before that, he worked as a building engineer for Macy’s department store and building supervisor for Nordstrom.

He holds an EPA Certification.
